A crucial role in business development, you will work closely with our administrative manager and serve as the bridge between our clients and our operators.
- Manage phone and in-person reception, directing visitors and calls to the appropriate individuals
- Handle scheduling, manage team members' calendars, plan meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for meetings, presentations, and projects
- Oversee the filing and archiving of physical and electronic documents and keep databases up to date
- Assist in preparing and tracking budgets, invoices, and financial reports in collaboration with the accounting department
- Participate in coordinating internal projects by tracking tasks and deadlines
- Act as a liaison with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communications and ensure smooth operations
- Assist with HR management, including recruitment organization, employee file management, and training coordination
